Continental Breakfast Snacks for Two:  $ 20
In addition to Starbucks Coffee & tea:  variety of Danish, Muffins, Fruit, Yoghurt and Orange Juice

 

-   Rates are based on double occupancy:  2 adult guests
-   basic daily housekeeping is provided
-   kitchenette:  Full-size fridge with freezer compartment,
    microwave oven, toaster, dishes, utensils and cookware,
    coffeemaker, tea kettle and cozy breakfast bar.
-   Complimentary:  Starbucks coffee,  variety of tea, cream,

Reservations:

Deposit:    50% of the total reservation amount, (or 1 night, whichever is higher) charged to Visa or MasterCard, at time of reservation.  The balance is payable at time of check-in.

Cancellations and Changes:

We understand that no matter how carefully you plan your holiday, changes sometimes happen. Please be aware that the reservation made for you, means that we have had to turn away others that wished to reserve the Garden Suite. Our cancel policy is as follows:

If notice of cancellation  is received 14 days or more  prior to the date of arrival,  the deposit will be refunded, less a $45 cancellation fee.   Cancelled nights are non-transferable. (This policy also applies to shortened stays and no-shows)

General Reservation Information:

For insurance purposes, the use of the Guest Suite is limited to 2 adult registered guests only  (no visitors please)

Check-in time is between 4 and 6 pm (or by prior arrangement).
If you expect to arrive later than 6 pm, please be sure to give us a call

Check-out time is 11 AM on the day of departure. 

This is a non-smoking suite.  For your comfort, a smoking area is available on the patio.

Pets:  In order to accommodate our guests with allergies we are unable to welcome your furry friend. We will be pleased to recommend an excellent kennel nearby.

The Garden Suite has no telephone, please bring your cell phone.
